3 0r 4 equals "Quality Education"

I've tried to read meaning into why SHS should be 3 or 4 yrs as our politicians are arguing about, but i couldn't. All i can say is, they are both wrong considering the fundamentals-- teahers ought to be paid, school buildings ought to be built, books made available, relevant and practical subject put into the syllabus, and above all, NDC and NPP should stop the hypocricy!

Now the ruling party, NDC has reversed the 4 years to 3 years. I think that its good, provided they solve all the problems in that system.
